1. The Kindness Relay

  • Objective: Promote acts of kindness.
  • How to Play: Write kind deeds (e.g., “compliment a friend,” “help someone with a chore”) on cards. Kids pick a card and complete the task. The “relay” continues with each player inspiring others to do good deeds.
  • Moral Values: Kindness, empathy, and community spirit.

2. The Honesty Circle

  • Objective: Highlight the importance of honesty.
  • How to Play: Sit in a circle. One person tells a story with a mix of truth and falsehoods. The others must discern which parts are honest and discuss why honesty matters.
  • Moral Values: Integrity, honesty, and accountability.

3. Responsibility Bingo

  • Objective: Teach responsibility through daily tasks.
  • How to Play: Create bingo cards with tasks like “make your bed,” “help set the table,” or “feed a pet.” Completing tasks earns them a bingo.

4. The Respect Quest

  • Objective: Learn the value of respect for people and belongings.

  • Moral Values: Respect, fairness, and teamwork.

5. Good Samaritan Role-Play

  • Objective: Teach compassion through action.
  • How to Play: Recreate the parable of the Good Samaritan with a modern twist. Kids take turns acting out roles like the helper, the person in need, and bystanders.
  • Moral Values: Compassion, generosity, and helping others.

6. The Gratitude Game

  • Objective: Foster gratitude in everyday life.
  • How to Play: Kids write things they’re thankful for on paper leaves and stick them to a “gratitude tree.” The goal is to fill the tree with leaves.
  • Moral Values: Gratitude, contentment, and positivity.

7. Sharing is Caring Challenge

  • Objective: Emphasize the value of sharing.
  • How to Play: Provide a limited number of resources (e.g., toys, art supplies). Kids must work together to share and complete a project.

  • Moral Values: Empathy, understanding, and respect for emotions.

9. Coloring Worksheets

I know that this one is not a game, but I thought I would put it in anyway for younger children that may not be able to play the above games.

  • Objective: Learning kindness.
