Returns Eligibility

  • Customized or personalized items.

How to make a return

Package Your Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

Ship Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
